The Dark Chocolate Brownie is made with dark cooking chocolate and the recipe called for 200 gms of chocolate. The bar I had was only 100 gms and I used dark chocolate chip for the rest. So the recipe gets changed in every detail.
Eggless Dark Chocolate Brownie
Dark Chocolate – 100 gms
Dark Chocolate Chips – 1/2 cup
Unsalted butter – 3 tsp
Castor Sugar – 1/4 cup
All purpose flour / Maida – 1/2 cup
Baking powder – 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda – 1/4 tsp
Curds/ Yogurt – 2 tbsp
Milk – 1 tbsp
How to make Eggless Dark Chocolate Brownie
Melt the dark chocolate pieces and chocolate chip in MW for 30 secs, twice if required to make it soft. Add butter and again MW for 30 secs
Next add the flour, along with sugar. Mix well and finally add the curds and blend well.
Add baking soda and baking powder. Add milk and blend once again.
Pre heat the oven at 185 C
Line a baking paper with parchment paper and transfer the batter to the pan. Bake at 185C for 30 mins.
