Eggless Christmas Nuts and Fruits Muffin is a simple and easy muffin you can make for Christmas. The soaked dry fruits makes this a delicious muffin to enjoy!
I have always had the tradition of baking a Christmas Cake for the Christmas Day. This year I had to break it and had to make do with these muffins. Since the theme was muffin, I wanted to make sure the muffin had the regular ingredients that go into the Christmas Cake.
I couldn’t post it on the day, anyway this finally comes up today. This Muffin is for my eleventh day of Bake-a-thon and you can check out the collection at the end of the post for my friends who are doing this along with me.
PIN this for later!
