A collection of 26 delicious A to Z Indian Pooris from the different Indian States, showcasing some traditional to Fusion recipes, with different grains, stuffing, this collection is your perfect guide to make great pooris.

I love pooris and enjoy exploring different cuisines to find new recipes. I still remember my joy when I came across Swala from Uttarakhand made with flour stuffed with toor dal. The unexpected find of this recipe made me so happy.

Almost all of the pooris I made for the A to Z series are popular and unique recipes from the different parts of the country. I have previously made Rice Pooris still finding other new recipes is a good learning experience.

I had difficulty only with two of the alphabets which were expected as X and Z are always tough. However, ever since I had the Xacuti Curry Powder made, I have been experimenting with the spice powder in different dishes. It has come in handy especially for this AtoZ series.

This A to Z Indian Pooris series started in Jan this year and with two months break in between, we have come to the final alphabet this month. On SYL, I made A to Z Indian Breakfast Dishes.
