Fresh carrots are used in this ladoo and cooked till soft before adding roasted Rava to make ladoos. I wanted to do this theme next week however, I didn't have time to do other themes and these ladoos came to rescue. Amma made these and I was only too glad to share here.

I have new sweets, savories added to the list every year. Apart from just making sweets, festivals are all about creating memories, the Deepavali celebrations over the years have been just this.

This is indeed an easy and delightful rava Ladoo. I'm thinking of making khoya free sweets this Diwali as there are so many cases of adulteration of khoya. This is going to be added to the list

One of the best way to sneak carrots in our traditional sweets. Laddoo looks prefect and delicious to make some without any fail.

The addition of carrots makes it so colourful. I guess these are soft ladoos because of the carrots cooked in milk. They would make a good Diwali treat.
