Onion Ring Bajji is the spicy version of Indian Style Onion Rings. We make a batter with gram flour along with spices and dip the onion rings to be coated. It is deep fried to crisp texture, served for evening snack or any party platter as well.

This South Indian Vengaya Bajji made with besan batter where we dip Onion rings is very similar to the popular Onion Rings of the western fame! Very similar to those, we make our version quite spicy and crispy too.

When planning for the the Pakoda Platter, I decided to make these as I remembered my first ever tasting of Crispy Onion Rings, that we enjoyed many years ago in a restaurant. That was a tempura style of fritters. Today's version is Indian style Crispy Onion Rings.

The whole pakoda platter was a lip smacking snack varieties. I had made Cashew pakoda, Bread Bajji, Paneer Sandwich Pakora along with few more! Other interesting pakoras you can try are these Palak Pakore Ki Chaat, Crispy Cauliflower Pakoda

These Crispy Onion Rings are my choice for the A to Z Easy Family Dinner Ideas. These snacks are a great addition to your meal ideas on what to make while planning for your dinner menu. The pakora platter was our dinner. So you do have loads of ideas!
