Paneer Pakora or Paneer Bajji is a favorite snack that kids would love to enjoy for their evening snack. This deep-fried snack is very easy to make for a quick snack as well.
While Paneer Pakoras or Bajji as we call it in the South is something you can so quickly make for hungry kids. We call this Bajji as cubed paneer is dipped in thick batter and deep-fried. However, it is also called Pakoras in the North and so it is referred to as such too.
When we had loads of milk stocked, we ended up making this snack so very often sometime back. Kids would love this so much to munch on!
