Dondakaya Fry | Andhra Style Dondakaya Vepudu
Dondakaya Fry or Dondakaya Vepudu as it's called in Telugu is a version of this simple dish deep fried and spiced along with peanuts.

- 1 cup Tindora / Dondakaya
- 1/4 cup Peanuts
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- Handful Curry Leaves
- Cooking Oil for deep frying
How to make Andhra Style Dondakaya Vepudu
Wash and chop the tindora length wise.
Heat a kadai with cooking oil, deep fry the tindora in batches and drain to a kitchen towel.
Next, deep fry the peanuts and curry leaves.
Add to the bowl of tindora, add the salt and spice and toss well.
Serve along with your meal.
