  • 1/2 cup Khoya
  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour / Badam flour
  • 1/2 cup Milk Powder
  • 1/2 cup Sugar powdered
  • 2 tbsp Milk


How to make Microwave Khoya Badam Burfi 

  • In a Mircowave safe bowl, take all ingredients except milk.
  • Microwave for 1 min, remove and mix well.
  • Microwave again for a minute. Using a spoon press hard and combine well.
  • Microwave again for a minute. The mix will be hard and thick.
  • Add milk and microwave for another minute. When you remove the mix will be soft and smooth. Combine well using the ladle.
  • Grease a mould and press the mix into it and let it sit in room temperature for 30 mins or till it sets.


Cooking time is less than 5 mins in Microwave mode.
