Ingredients

  • 1 cup Paneer crumbled or grated
  • 2 Bread Slices
  • 2 tbsp Potato boiled and mashed
  • 3 tbsp Onions grated
  • 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 tbsp Semolina Rava
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking Oil for deep frying

Instructions

  • Crumble or grate the paneer in a bowl, add mashed potatoes along with salt, keep it aside.
  • Grate onions, add chopped coriander leaves, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala. Mix well and add this to the paneer bowl.
  • Combine everything well and slowly add the rava. Pulse the bread to get fresh crumbs, add this finally to the bowl and combine everything tightly.
  • Knead to a stiff dough. Adjust spice if required. Pinch out small balls. Arrange in a plate and freeze for 10 mins.
  • When ready to deep fry, heat a kadai with oil. Gently drop in and fry on all sides.
  • Drain on a kitchen towel with a slotted spoon.
