Allam Pachadi aka Ginger Chutney

This allam pachadi is a simple no cook ginger chutney served with the popular andhra breakfast dish made with whole moong dal, Pesarattu.

Ingredients

  • 15 Dry Red Chillies (long variety)
  • 1 inch Ginger (small piece about or so)
  • 1 Onion
  • Salt to taste
  • Lemon Juice (2 lemons squeezed)

Instructions

  • Just grind all the ingredients to a fine paste except lime. Once done add the lime juice.
  • Add ghee while serving with pesarattu.
