Xacuti Gobi Pakora or Xacuti Cauliflower Pakoda is a fusion cauliflower pakoda using Xacuti Spice Masala. This sinful snack is an easy everyday dish you can make for your family meal.
In the A to Z Series, we always land in alphabet X and wonder what we can make. However, I have always had the Xacuti Spice Masala Powder frozen that has come in handy in making different dishes for the different A to Z Series I have done to date.
I have made two different Xacuti Masala Powder and have used it in making different fusion dishes like flatbreads Xacuti Aloo Stuffed Poori, Xacuti Potato Stuffed Paratha, Rice dishes like these Xacuti Masala Rice, Xacuti Paneer Coconut Biryani or breakfast dishes like Xacuti Potato Masala Dosa and Xacuti Aloo Cheese Sandwich. Or easy gravies like this Xacuti Chana Masala.
Sometimes I feel so elated knowing tough situations give rise to delicious dishes like these fusion dishes.
I sometimes pat myself for overthinking these lines. Xacuti Chicken is a popular Goan Chicken dish. I know it is surprising that I am yet to make the original dish yet. I almost wanted to make it for this series. However, so many things came intruding that I just had to do something else.
Other dishes that came to mind were the xacuti paneer wraps, xacuti potato roast. xacuti chicken gravy. I am sure I will make these dishes soon. The two different versions of Xacuti Masala like the Goan Xacuti Curry Powder and Xacuti Masala Powder have come so handily!
