Ingredients

  • 400 ml Condensed Milk / 1 tin
  • 250 ml Cream
  • 2 drops Vanilla Essence

Instructions

How to make 2 Ingredient Homemade Ice Cream

  • In a mixing bowl, take the cream and whip till it peaks. Then, fold in the condensed milk and transfer to a bowl.
  • Freeze for at least 6 hours before enjoying.

Notes

If you use heavy Cream, your Ice cream will set very well. Also do not beat much after adding the condensed milk.
This is the basic recipe, you can create so many flavours from this. I made Mango Ice Cream and Nutella Ice Cream with this as the base.
