Aloo Paneer Bread Pakora is stuffed paneer coated with a spiced mashed potato sandwiched between two slices of bread dipped in a besan batter. It is deep-fried and served with sauces.

Ingredients
For Stuffing
2medium Potatoes
1teaspoonRed Chili Powder
Salt to taste
1/2teaspoonPepper Powder
1/2teaspoonCumin Powder
For Besan Batter
1cupBesan / Gram Flour
Salt to taste
1teaspoonRed Chili Powder
1/2teaspoonAjwain Seeds
Water to mix

250gms Paneer cube
Cooking Oil for deep frying

Instructions
For Stuffing
Boil the potatoes and mash well. Else you can slash over it, microwave for 6 minutes, and soak in water. Peel the outer skin.
Mash well with Red Chili Powder, Salt, Pepper Powder, and Cumin Powder. Make sure it's well-mashed and spreadable.
For Besan Batter
In a bowl, take the Besan, add salt, Red Chili Powder, and Ajwain Seeds. slowly add water to mix to a thick batter.
To make the Pakoras
Wash and slice the paneer into 1-inch square pieces, similar to the bread slice.
Spread the potato on both the bread slices, place one paneer slice on one bread slice, top it with the other slice. Press well.
Now dip this entire piece into besan and make sure it is coated well on all sides.
Heat a kadai with oil and deep fry the pakora on both sides.
