Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Dark Chocolate Compound
  • 1/4 cup Milk Chocolate Compound
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Cream

Instructions

  • Chop the chocolate compounds, take in a MW safe bowl. Microwave for a minute.
  • Whisk with a spatula to mix, MW again for a minute. Add the butter and cream, MW for another minute.
  • Ensure the silicon moulds are dry, fill the moulds and freeze for 15 mins.
