Bring about 1 cup of water to boil and cook the potatoes, carrots, beans, and tomatoes. Add salt and simmer till done.
Once the vegetables are cooked, allow to cool and mash it well.
Heat a nonstick pan with cooking oil and butter. Add the finely chopped onions, green chillies, and capsicum.
Saute till everything is well done. Takes about 5 mins on high. Make sure you keep stirring the vegetables.
Add all the spice powders and simmer to cook till the oil comes out on the sides.
Next, add the mashed vegetables and combine everything together.
Simmer for 10 mins, add finely chopped coriander leaves.
