For Chinese Fried Rice
- 3 cups Basmati Rice
- 1 bunch Spring Onions
- 1 medium Capsicum
- 2 cups Chopped Vegetables Beans, Carrot and Cabbage
- Salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp Ajinomoto
- 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Pepper
For Cauliflower Manchurian
To make the Manchurian
- 250 gms Cauliflower
- 2" Ginger
- 4 pods Garlic
- 3 nos Green Chillies
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour / Maida
- 1 & 1/2 tbsp Corn Flour
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep frying
To make the Sauce
- 1 & 1/2 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 1 & 1/2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
- Salt to taste
- 4 pods Garlic
- 1 bunch Spring Onions
