Chocolate Crepe

Chocolate Crepe is a delicious crepe made with flour, milk chocolate with dark chocolate chips. This make a great breakfast or anytime snack for kids.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup All purpose flour /Maida
  • 1/4 cup Milk add more to make it thin
  • 2 tsp Butter
  • 1/4 cup Milk Chocolate Compound
  • 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1/8 tsp Baking Soda

Instructions

  • Chop Milk Chocolate Compond and Microwave for a minute or two to melt.
  • Add the flour, butter, half of the chocolate chips and quickly whisk to melt the chips.
  • Add the baking soda and slowly add milk to make a thin batter.
  • Keep it aside for 10 minutes.
  • Heat a nonstick pan, grease with butter and pour a ladleful of batter and swirl the pan to coat all over. Simmer till the crepe is cooked. Sprinkle some dark chocolate chips on top.
  • Gently flip if required.
  • Serve hot with chocolate sauce
  • Garnish with chocolate sauce and serve.
