  • Salt to taste

  • Handful Curry Leaves
  • Cooking Oil for deep frying

How to make Andhra Style Dondakaya Vepudu

  • Wash and chop the tindora length wise.
  • Heat a kadai with cooking oil, deep fry the tindora in batches and drain to a kitchen towel.
  • Next, deep fry the peanuts and curry leaves.
  • Add to the bowl of tindora, add the salt and spice and toss well.
  • Serve along with your meal.
