Ingredients

  • 130 grams All-Purpose Flour / Maida about 1 cup
  • 190 grams Sugar measure after powdering it will be 1 cup
  • 140 grams Dark Chocolate Chips I used about 100 gms Dark chocolate chunks and 40 gms Milk Chocolate
  • 100 grams Unsalted Butter approx 1/2 cup
  • 1/2 cup Thick Curds for 2 eggs. I used Hung Curds.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract or Chocolate.

Instructions

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, take the butter and chocolate together.
  • Microwave for a minute, using a spatula, whisk it well. If the chocolate is not melted completely, microwave again for a minute.
  • Mix well and add the powdered sugar, and mix.
  • Now add the thick curds, chocolate essence and combine.
  • Finally, add the flour and gently combine it with the chocolate mix.
  • Grease the baking tray with parchment paper and transfer the batter into it.
  • Spread well and bake for or 20-25 min at 180C preheated oven.

Notes

Hung curds is used as a substitute for 2 eggs. Final brownies don't reveal the curd's smell or taste at all.
