Dry roast the oats, allow to cool and grind to a smooth flour.
Place the almonds on the hot pan for 5 mins, then grind it to a smooth flour.
In a bowl, add the ground flour along with rice flour and buckwheat flour.
Add the demara sugar and honey, beat well.
Add banana puree, oil and combine everything together.
Then add baking powder, baking soda.
Followed by chopped walnuts and oats
Preheat the oven to 185 C
Transfer the batter to a loaf pan and bake the cake for 40 mins.
