Ingredients

For the Bread

  • 4 buns / 4" slices Bread
  • 2 tablespoon Butter unsalted
  • 100 grams Cheese grated
  • Chilli Flakes
  • Oregano Herb

For Garlic Butter

  • 50 grams Butter salted
  • 10 Garlic Cloves

Instructions

For the Garlic Butter

  • Bring the butter to room temperature so that it is soft. Else MW for 10 seconds. We want the butter to soft and not melted
  • Wash and peel the garlic.
  • Using garlic presser, press down the garlic into the butter and make a paste.
  • If you don't have the presser, you can either pound it or grind it in a small mixer jar. Keep this garlic butter aside.

To make the Garlic Bread

  • We can use any type of bread available.
  • I have used Pav Buns. Bread Slices, loafs, or buns will also be suitable for making garlic bread.
  • Slit through the buns and toast it with butter on hot pan until it turns crispy.
  • Once the buns are crispy on top, spread the garlic butter on top.
  • Spread the grated cheese on top as required.
  • Sprinkle the chilli flakes, oregano on top.
  • MW for 30 seconds or until the cheese is melted.
  • If you don't have MW, then you can continue on the hot tawa, with a lid covered.
  • This way the cheese will melt.
  • Serve it hot.
