3tspChilli Powder
1/2tspTurmeric powder
Salt to taste

Instructions
Clean the fish and make slits on the fish.
Apply chili powder, turmeric powder, salt. Sprinkle lemon juice if required. Keep aside for 10 mins.
Heat oil and deep fry the fish one by one. If you want the fish to be long and not cut in middle, shallow fry in a pan with oil. This way you can have your fish in tact.
