Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Basmati Rice
  • 2 Cardamom
  • 3 cups Milk
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 3/4 cup Sugar

Instructions

  • Have boiled milk ready, extract thick coconut milk, you can add along with the fiber.
  • Soak the basmati rice for 10 to 15 mins.
  • Pressure cook with 2 cups water. Once the pressure falls down, remove the lid.
  • Bring the milk to boil along with sugar.
  • When the sugar melts, add the cooked rice and simmer for 10 mins.
  • Finally add the coconut milk along with the fiber.
  • Offer as neivedyam and partake.
