For Manchurian Balls
- 4 Bread Slices
- 1 cup Cabbage finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Carrot finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1/4 cup Corn Flour
- 2 tbsp All Purpose Flour / Maida
- Salt to taste
- Water as required to mix everything
- Cooking Oil for deep frying
Other Ingredients
- 3 tsp Cooking Oil
- 3 - 4 Garlic minced
- 2 Green Chillies
- 2 tbsp Spring Onion White
- 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 1 tsp Green Chilli Sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- Pepper Powder as required
- Salt to taste
How to make Dry Bread Manchurian
For the Manchurian
Wash and prep the vegetables, take it in a bowl.
Pulse the bread slices in a mixer to get a fine powder.
Add rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Add water only if required, the mix should be tight as we will deep fry these balls.
Pinch out as small balls and freeze for 10 mins.
Remove and deep fry on low medium flame.
Drain on a kitchen towel.
For the Sauce
Heat nonstick pan with cooking oil, add minced garlic and saute well.
Add the spring onion white along with slit green chilies.
Saute well and add all the sauces to the pan.
Add little water and let the sauce get mixed well.
Now, add the fried balls and toss well.
Serve hot garnished with chopped spring onions green.
