Instructions
How to make Sweet Potato Halwa
Wash and boil the sweet potato for 3 whistles or until boiled soft.
Drain and let it cool down. Peel the skin and mash well to a paste.
Heat a nonstick pan with ghee, roast the mixed nuts and then add the mashed potato.
Saute well until the paste is nicely cooked, takes about 5 to 7 mins. Next add the sugar and combine well. Let it simmer for few more minutes.
