Since the banana I used were not ripe, I microwaved it for 2 mins.
Sift the flour along with baking soda, baking powder and cocoa powder and keep it aside.
In a mixing bowl, take the demerara sugar, add the oil and curds. Beat well for about 5 to 7 mins.
Add the soft bananas and blend well.
Now, add the flour and mix it gently. Add the chocolate chips and mix well.
Since the batter was very tight, I added 1 tbsp of water to make it lose.
Pre-heat the oven at 185 C.
Transfer the batter in a greased loaf pan.
Bake in a pre-heated oven for 40 minutes. I checked at 35 mins and baked for another 5 mins.
