Measure and take the flours in a bowl.
Add the melted ghee, baking powder, baking soda along with cardamom powder.
Add powdered sugar and combine everything together.
Now add melted ghee and make sure you rub the flour with the ghee well.
When you can hold the dough to form a fist, it's ready, else you can add ghee as required.
I added another 2 tablespoons of ghee to get the right consistency.
Make small balls and flatten them into small discs between your palms.
Place it on parchment paper, top each with chopped almonds.
Preheat the oven to 150 C and bake the cookies for 30 mins.
