Eggless Vegan Wheat Brownie
This easy to make one bowl brownie is made eggless and vegan by adding honey and brown sugar. This makes a good snack box brownie

- 1 cup Wheat flour
- 1 tbsp Corn flour
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 cup Sugar powdered
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup Honey (or use Maple syrup for vegan)
- 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 tsp Instant Coffee
- 3 tbsp Cooking Oil
- 1/4 cup Water
In a bowl, add all the ingredients one by one except water. Mix well
Slowly add water depending on the consistency of the batter. It should be slightly thick.
Line and grease a 8" square baking tray and pour the batter into it and pat it even.
Preheat the oven to 185 C.
Bake for 30 minutes. Check if done. Let it rest in the oven for at least 1 mins.
Best is if you leave it overnight, for you to slice out squares well.
