Eggless Vegan Wheat Brownie

This easy to make one bowl brownie is made eggless and vegan by adding honey and brown sugar. This makes a good snack box brownie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 cup Sugar powdered
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Honey (or use Maple syrup for vegan)
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1/4 cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 tsp Instant Coffee
  • 3 tbsp Cooking Oil
  • 1/4 cup Water

Instructions

  • In a bowl, add all the ingredients one by one except water. Mix well
  • Slowly add water depending on the consistency of the batter. It should be slightly thick.
  • Line and grease a 8" square baking tray and pour the batter into it and pat it even.
  • Preheat the oven to 185 C.
  • Bake for 30 minutes. Check if done. Let it rest in the oven for at least 1 mins.
  • Best is if you leave it overnight, for you to slice out squares well.
