Ingredients

  • 1 cup All purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Butter
  • 1/4 cup Cocoa powder
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/2 cup Milk Chocolate chopped -
  • 1/2 cup Apple puree

Instructions

  • Melt the butter, sugar, cocoa and milk together in a thick pan. When it starts thickening, add the chopped milk chocolate and continue stirring till it coats the ladle.
  • Allow to cool, then add apple puree, flour and baking powder. Gently combine everything and pour into a lined baking pan.
  • Pre heat the oven at 185 C and then bake for 25 mins. Reduce to 175 and bake for 10 mins.
  • Cool and cut into squares.
