- Wash and drain the mutton chops 
- Take the chops in a pressure cooker with a pinch of turmeric powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt. Pressure cooker for 2 whistles. 
- Once the pressure falls, heat a kadai with oil, add cinnamon, and clove. 
- Next, add the finely chopped onions, saute until the onions change colour. 
- Drain the water, you can add it later. Add the cooked chops and mix well. Let the chops get well cooked in oil for 5 mins on low flame. 
- Now add the ginger-garlic paste and combine. 
- Next add the turmeric powder, chopped tomatoes along red chili powder. 
- Cook on low flame and add salt after 5 minutes. 
- Now add the drained water and cook on high flame for 5 to 7 minutes. 
- Add the ground spice powder, keep stirring and allow the water to be evaporated. By now the masala is well coated and you will have dry chops. 
- Add chopped coriander leaves and serve as a side dish.
