Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Semolina / Rava
  • 3/4 cup Panang Kalkandu
  • 3 tsp Ghee
  • Mixed Nuts roasted

Instructions

  • Melt the sugar with enough water and remove impurities.
  • In a nonstick pan, add 2 tsp ghee, roast the rava till nicely done.
  • Measure and add the panang kalkandu and simmer.
  • Cook for 10 mins, add ghee and nuts.
  • Cover with lid and cook for another 5 mins while you keep stirring.
  • When the rava is cooked, serve it as Neivedyam and partake.
