Panang Kalkandu Rava Kesari is a healthy option of making regular rava kesari with panang Kalkandu or palm sugar.

- 1/2 cup Semolina / Rava
- 3/4 cup Panang Kalkandu
- 3 tsp Ghee
- Mixed Nuts roasted
Melt the sugar with enough water and remove impurities.
In a nonstick pan, add 2 tsp ghee, roast the rava till nicely done.
Measure and add the panang kalkandu and simmer.
Cook for 10 mins, add ghee and nuts.
Cover with lid and cook for another 5 mins while you keep stirring.
When the rava is cooked, serve it as Neivedyam and partake.
