Red Chili Coconut Chutney

Ingredients
For the Chutney
1/2
cup
Coconut
grated
3 to 4
Dry Red Chillies
Salt to taste

tsp
Tamarind
extract
1
tsp
Onions
For Tempering
1
tsp
Cooking Oil
Curry Leaves
handful
1/4
tsp
Mustard Seeds
1/4
tsp
Urad dal
Instructions
Wash and chop the coconut into small pieces. Or you could even use grated coconut.
Take all the ingredients in a mixer and blend to a fine paste.
Temper with oil, curry leaves, mustard, and urad dal.
Serve as side dish for Dosas
