Red Chilli Garlic Sauce

Red Chilli Garlic Sauce is a spicy dip made with just 2 ingredients that can be used as a spread, dip along with any tiffin dish.

Ingredients

  • 12 to 15 nos Dry Red Chilies
  • 10 nos Garlic (whole bulb)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Soak the dry red chilies in hot water for 10 mins.
  • Drain the water and take in a mixer.
  • Peel the garlic and add to the mixer along with salt, grind to a smooth paste.
  • This stays good in fridge for over a couple of weeks or even a month when stored tightly.
