This Mutta Dosa was frequently made during my growing up years in parents home. As I have mentioned, Daddy is very fond of Eggs and the many avatars it can take. So this was regularly featured at home. Even Hubby dear used to like this a lot and I mostly used to make Ground nut Chutney as the side dish.

    Ingredients

    Dosa Batter as required
    2 Eggs
    Salt to taste
    1/2 tsp Pepper Powder
    1 tsp Cooking Oil

Beat the eggs in a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste. Whisk well.
Heat a Tawa with oil, pour a ladleful of dosa batter as you normally would for dosas. Sprinkle oil on sides. Once the bottom gets cooked, pour the eggs over it and carefully flip to the top side to cook the eggs.
Cook for a couple of minutes and flip over again. If you want you can sprinkle more pepper powder on the top as well.
    Serve hot.
