Soya Chunks Manchurian Dry
Ingredients Needed:
Soya chunks - 2 cups
Salt a pinch
Turmeric a pinch
Water thrice the amount to boil
Bring the water to boil, add the chunks, salt and turmeric. Cook for 5 - 7 mins, drain and cool. Squeeze the excess water and cut into two pieces if the chunks are big.
For the Manchurian
Corn Flour - 2 -3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ginger Garlic paste -1 tsp
Green Chili paste - 1 tsp
Soya Sauce -1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Oil for frying
Mix everything with soya chunks, fry in oil, keep it aside.
For the Manchurian sauce
Green, Yellow and Red Capsicum - 1/2 cup
Onions - 1/2 cup
Green Chili paste - 1 tsp
Spring onions - 1/4 cups
Soya Sauce 1 tsp
Tomato Sauce - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Oil - 1 tsp
Heat a pan with oil, add green chili paste, onions, saute well, then add the onions, capsicum squares till done. Then add soya, tomato sauce, toss well. Adjust spice and seasoning.
Toss in the fried soya chunks and serve hot.

That is one tempting and delicious starter. Never used soy chunks to make manchurian -- will have to try some time.
