This 2 minute Eggless Microwave Mug Cake came to my rescue when I had to quickly get a snack for Konda, who was refusing to have what was offered and wanted an interesting snack to enjoy. I love Mug Cakes. I may already have the same Mug cake, I just add a new measurement and added a dark chocolate ganache to make it more interesting.
I haven't been making any cakes for a while now, though kids have been asking. I felt I end up making all the cakes with chocolate flavor and somehow with almost the same ingredients. I have a huge collection to experiment with, hopefully soon.
This is for 4 ingredient dishes under last week of BM#69.

Recipe
2 Minutes Eggless Microwave Chocolate Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp All purpose flour /Maida
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
Instructions
- In a Microwave Safe mug, add in all the ingredients. Mix well. MW for 1 min 30 secs, check if done, else MW for another 30 Secs.
Notes
I served my 2 Minutes Mug Cake with a sizzling Dark Chocolate Ganache.
