Easy and quick to make this chocolate treat that only takes 3 ingredient and mostly that you have stocked in your pantry. We make this 3 Ingredient fudge with Sweetened Condensed Milk, White Chocolate and Oreo Cream Biscuits.
While I had a list of 3 ingredients dishes that I wanted to try, when I was browsing through pinterest board, came across this pin that was so sinful. I knew right away that I had to make it. I had plans to make it after dinner, somehow got delayed and ended up making it early morning, when I had to wake up early for something else.
Seeing others still asleep, I knew I could get the dishes done. So please excuse the hasty pictures. I thought it will set by the time I click, but the fudge wouldn't budge, and I had to make do with whatever shot I could manage.
I always have these ingredients stocked and it was very easy to assemble it. Only I wish I had taken proper time to set it as the picture that inspired me.
3 Ingredient Oreo White Chocolate Fudge
In a Microwave safe bowl, add the condensed milk along with chopped white chocolate compound.
Microwave for a minute and using a spatula, blend well. Microwave again for a minute.
Save 4 Oreo biscuits. Crumble the rest and add to the condensed milk.
Line a 8 by 8″ baking dish with parchment paper.
Pour the condensed milk mix and spread well.
Now top with saved biscuits that are again broken into small bits.
Refrigerate at least an hour to set. Cut into 1.5″ squares to serve.
