Enter the Dragon!...Well I am not referring the movie or my favorite cartoon series Tintin in china, I grew up on Tintin and still enjoy reading it. I am talking about the dragon entering our kitchen. Chinese of any kind was not so preferred at home, well that's before we introduced the dragon. Not sure why this is suffixed with 65, I have not really look up on that name, but this is one hevulla dish to entice people to do martial arts!
Here you go for the dragon
Dragon 65
Preparation Time : 40 mins
Cooking Time : 10 mins
Cuisine : Chinese
Ingredients needed:
- 1 kg - Prawn
- 1 cup - Corn Flour
- 1 tsp - Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 & 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli Sauce
- Red colour a pinch
- 2 tsp - Soya sauce
- 1/2 of the Lemon
- Salt to taste
- Cooking Oil for deep frying
Method to prepare:
- Clean prawns and mix all the ingredients. Adjust the lemon as per your taste. Marinate the prawns for 30 mins.
- Heat cooking oil in a pan and deep fry the prawns.
- Remove to a kitchen towel to drain excess oil.
- Garnish with onion and lime.
- Marinating makes prawns soft and cooks faster.
