I realized nothing motivates me more than Mega BM as I realized that I had become lazy to cook for the second week. The first week went like a breeze and I just couldn't make anything. So here I am finally after much struggle in making some frozen desserts. It's been a year almost since I had made any ice cream at home and all my things needed for it was just packed and kept somewhere.
I had plans of making Popsicle and I couldn't find those molds. So I ended up making simple ice cream. The initial plan was to make 3 ingredients but ended up using 4 ingredients for this quick ice cream. I have my basic quick 2 Ingredient Ice Cream. I have a 3 Ingredient Nutella Ice Cream as well with condensed milk.

Nutella Ice Cream
Ingredients Needed:
Boil Milk and sugar together for 10 mins till the sugar melts. Allow cooling.
Beat the Cream well and add the milk and Nutella and blend again.
Transfer to a bowl and freeze overnight or until set.
Serve with Choco Chips on top.

Tell me about packing and putting things away! Last year I packed and stacked away my napkins and some of the props since I was not blogging. Now I don't remember where I put them 🙁 . Anyway, Nutella ice-cream looks good and I like the idea of freezing in single serving bowls.
