Cheese Potato Stacks make a wonderful starter be it for an evening snack or for any party as well. When I searching the net for ideas on what gets served as part of Thanksgiving Day, celebrated in the USA, I came about these potato Stacks that seem to be a popular one to be served as starters.
We are doing BM#82, Week 2 and I will be sharing some Thanksgiving Day food that gets done during this time. Thanksgiving Day is always on the fourth Thursday of November. This is a day celebrated to thank for all the blessings and for good friends etc. So naturally good food and much joy are observed on this day.
So there is always a traditional menu followed for this day and while there are some standard starters and main courses, there are always some changes done to the menu too. These sinful Potato Stacks was part of the menu that I read on a couple of sites and it was interesting to see how each one does this.
I made this in a hurry and clicking the pictures was even worse! As I had said, cooking for the blog has become a huge thing for me, and with the given time I seem to have on hand, it becomes extremely tough. I am so unhappy with the pictures but have to go with these for now.
