For the second day of BM#46, under the Tame the Yeast theme, I made some combos for the Tomato Basil Loaf that I baked for day one. I was hoping I will have time to bake the other bread, however, my days seem to be so tightly packed, leaving me no time for anything.

The loaf came out so well. In fact, the aroma was so tempting, that the slices were getting disappeared before I could make some sides for it. I was planning to make some soups and serve this. However as I said the kids were impatient to eat it as such. So the only thing I could manage was the different dips I made. To top it, I also made a cheesy toast along with some spicy red chili garlic sauce.

For today it is going to be a cheesy Tomato Basil loaf with Spicy tomato sauce.

If you are interested in a quick festival recipe, this cheesling will suit you just fine!
