    Choco Chip Oats Whole Wheat Cookies

    We are on the last two bakes in the bakeathon. The last few days have become so hectic that I haven't been able to make it on time. I am delayed by a day, still managed to make a delicious cookies.
    Kids are on vacation and you can imagine how things can be. I haven't been able to do anything that I could click pictures. However, I am planning on making some plans that I should hope to keep track.
    Before I sign off, here's an interesting version of cookies made with oats and choco chips. This is adapted from another version I made recently.
    Choco Chip Oats Whole Wheat Cookies

    Ingredients Needed

    Whole wheat flour / Multigrain Atta - 3/4 cup
    Oats - 1/4 cups
    Maida - 2 tbsp
    Salt a pinch
    Granulated sugar - 1/2 cup
    Unsalted Butter - 1/2 cup
    Choco Chips - 1/4 cup

    How to make the Cookies

    Take the flours, oats in a bowl. Keep it aside.

    Heat butter on low flame and cook till it changes colour. Turn off and let it cool it completely.

    Add the sugar and cream it well. Then add the flour and mix

    Add the choco chips and knead to a soft dough. Make small balls and bake in a pre heated oven at 170 C for 15 mins.

    Cool for 30 mins. Completely cool before and serving and store in a airtight container till about 2 weeks
