Mutton Gojju is an Andhra Style Semi Gravy dish that can be served with Rice or Chapathis. The dish is made with a freshly ground spice powder that enhances the aroma and taste.
This past one month I was into cooking nonveg for the kids along with our Vegetarian Meal. It's normally Amma who cooks the nonveg dishes while I either help or cook only the Veg dishes. So when I was making these dishes, I had to consult Amma for the recipe and proportions couple of times before doing it.
While I do have some Gojju dishes already shared, this was yet another one that Amma makes. So I thought as I was anyways cooking, I might as well click pictures and share it. The scene was like I start the lunch preparation at about 11.30 in the morning and try to complete all dishes by 1.30 pm. It will literally be a marathon cooking as all the four burners will be used and I have to plan on soaking and cooking each dish so that time is utilized correctly.
That one month of cooking surely gave me a couple of nonveg posts and some for better pictures. This dish was much appreciated as it been a while since I cooked. Of course, the entire recipe was recited by Amma so naturally, it has to be good.
We are on the final week of BM#89 where I am sharing some dishes from Amma that my kids enjoy.

Loved your non-veg series. Since I am too vegetarian and my mom's side we never have non-veg, I am on the hunt for such traditional non-veg recipes for my DH & kids. Your mutton gojju looks like what he will like. Tempting share
