Pepper Macaroni Indian Style is an absolute lip smacking dish made with elbow pasta in Indian Spices. This makes a quick breakfast dish and if your kids are fond of Pasta, they will love this!

Pastas are generally considered to be bland for Indian Palette and it has happened in my household too. Parents are very fond of Macaroni and Amma keeps making different versions of it with different spics. Sometimes it is Tomato Pasta, sometimes with tomato and loads of pepper powder. Today's dish is the version where the pasta has tomatoes and onions, and spiced with pepper powder. This surely is an Indianized dish that hits you with the spice level.

Since Hubby Dear is fond of spicy dishes and can't have anything bland for any meal, this dish took a while for me to convince him to eat. So with lot of pepper is how he liked and that's how it ended up being on the table. Once both Hubby Dear and Konda accepted it for their breakfast, this was made regularly. There was a time when Konda wanted macaroni for all her meals.

I love having some easy breakfast dishes as it makes life easy when you have 3 kids who have their own preferences when it comes to food. So apart from Pasta dishes, you can make some easy sandwiches for breakfast with kids favorite ingredients.

If you are looking for other versions, you can try this Masala Macaroni

      hi, sri

i am a new entry in this blog, and love cooking. i liked the dish, one tip i wana give is that, after boiling the macroni put it immediatly to the tomato, onion mixture. so that macroni's will not stick to each other, and there is no need of that extra oil.
