Since our Pesarattu turns out great, what with its nutty taste, I decided to go ahead with it. I used the same proportion almost, except making it with sprouted moong. Amma made the batter spicier than normal and I gingerly poured in the batter, hoping it would come out of it fully.
I was so elated when I saw the pesarattu coming out without any problem.
So here's for a savory version of our regular Pesarattu. I served it with Yellow Moong dal.
I also made an Eggless Double Chocolate Pancake Waffle, which tastes great as such!
The recipe is the same as what I have in my Pesarattu
You can enhance by adding sprouted Moong dal for the batter. Serve this with Yellow Moong Dal
