Microwave Khoya Badam Burfi is a quick Indian Sweet you can prepare if you have all the ingredients on hand. You can use store bought Khoya or homemade Khova. Using store bought, this sweet is very easy and quick to get done in microwave.

I have a huge milk powder packet to use up, plus khoya and naturally you will end up seeing more festivals for the festivals that are coming up. I made a very small portion and that yielded me 4 2 inch squares that is just enough for Hubby dear and Amma. Nobody else will eat sweets at home. So making smaller portions makes senses.

I had a long weekend on account of Ganesh Chaturthi as I take the day off. We make neivedyam for morning pooja and sweets like this is very quick to prepare and offer.

The best compliment was that Hubby dear thought this was from Adyar Ananda Bhavan sweetshop. So if you want to make something like that, this is what you got to do. Plus the fact that cooking this in Microwave is a breeze.

I always stock almond flour, milk powder.
