Cashew Pepper Masala is one of the most frequently prepared snack for parties at parents place. We had served it during one of our parties and since then have repeated with other masala cashew nuts. As I had mentioned, when parents host a party at home, these masala cashews feature a lot. Amma keeps changing the masala she uses with the fried cashews. Everything is a hit with the guest and we just ensure there is endless supply of this.
