Eggless Christmas Nuts and Fruits Muffin is a simple and easy muffin you can make for Christmas. The soaked dry fruits make this a delicious muffin to enjoy!

I have always had the tradition of baking a Christmas Cake for Christmas Day. This year I had to break it and had to make do with these muffins. Since the theme was muffins, I wanted to make sure the muffin had the regular ingredients that go into the Christmas Cake.

I couldn't post it on the day, anyway, this finally comes up today.  This Muffin is for my eleventh day of Bake-a-thon and you can check out the collection at the end of the post for my friends who are doing this along with me. I have to say that these muffins looks really cute with the domed top... I am not a fan of fruit cakes, but this one with the orange flavor is definitely tempting me...

That's a cute little muffin Valli, that's an innovative idea to make Christmas nuts and fruits muffins. Also, a good way to portion control during the holidays.
