Kasuri Methi Chicken Roast is a boneless chicken roast made with cream and Kasuri methi that is so delicious that you can't stop making it just some time! Kids simply loved this so much that we have cooked this couple of times already. Amma got this recipe from a newspaper clipping shared by some celebrity.

The first time this was made, I was at work, so when Amma made it, I asked Konda to click the pictures. After clicking the pictures, she had to go shopping with Amma and the boys spotted this when they came back from their dance class. So it was not just enough. We had to make it again and this time we ensured we had enough for all.

Kasuri Methi Chicken Roast The boys have been going for a dance class for their summer vacation. They had their final dance program yesterday and we all went to the show. It was so grand and the boys did such a great job and I was so worried as they were practicing for over weeks and yesterday they were up since morning. They finally managed so well and exhausted by the time we came home.

We made a different version this afternoon, I will be sharing it soon. Meanwhile, enjoy this roast.

You have a great food photographer at home Valli -- you have trained Konda well and looks like she is a natural at doing this.
