Microwave Delaware Apple Crisp is a take on the popular Delaware special Apple Crisp. Cooking this in the microwave makes the whole task so much simpler and quicker to get your dessert!
When planning to make the US cuisines, had this recipe bookmarked. Somehow I couldn't make it, yet had noted down some recipes I could make from the book I have on 50 popular American Dishes from 50 states. Picking a vegetarian dish from all the 50 states was quite tough when I saw most had meat as their popular dish.
This is a dish popular during Christmas time. Since I was cooking for just 1 serving, I made it in microwave mode. They traditionally bake this dish.
I could've paired it with Bakeathon, however, I was already deep in the neck not being on time for the posting, so just went ahead and made it for today! Other popular dishes from the United States is this Brownies and Rocky Mountain Brownie.
I shared it with my colleagues and everybody enjoyed it much. Now if Konda reads this, she will want her share, which I know is pretty easy to get done!

This is indeed a shortcut version to regular baked apple crisp. Good one to have in the recipe book for baking/making for one person.
